The HU Library is closed
Due to the winter weather, the HU has decided to close several buildings. As a result, the library locations at Amersfoort and Padualaan 99 are closed.
You can still use the study areas (accessible via Padualaan 101):
January 8th, 9th, and 10th, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Returns
Do you need to return material? First, try renewing online yourself. If this isn’t possible because a book is reserved, please contact the library. Email bibliotheek@hu.nl and we will explore the options together.
Temporary alternative for HU students (evenings)
From January 7th to 9th, HU students can use study spaces at Utrecht University Library (UBU) after 5:00 PM. This is currently exam season at UU, and study spaces are normally only accessible to UU students during this period. The exception is temporary.
Students must be able to identify themselves as HU students upon request.
